About the councilThe Australian Flower Council is a trading name of the Flower Growers Group of NSW Inc and was established to launch our website and to encourage unity and communication within the flower industry. It is intended that membership will consist of growers, wholesalers and florists who are dedicated in ensuring the continued prosperity and development of the flower industry. The Council was formed as of a result of increasing demand amongst industry participants for a forum and access point for growers, wholesalers, florists, educational institutions and government to facilitate open communication and access to all facets of the flower industry. As a consequence there has been a tremendous amount of resources used in establishing this entity in order to ensure focused and useful information is available to its subscribers. We encourage growers, wholesalers and florists to support the Australian Flower Council and in return we hope to provide the following to its subscribers:
We have successfully produced a website to open up subscribers to an array of information of suppliers to the trade and to allow other industry affiliates to stay in touch with one another via the website portal. |
